If you’re a service provider and you don’t know what to say, what offers to make, what marketing campaigns to create, or who to ask for referrals, then I guarantee one big component is off:

Now, that doesn’t mean you pick an industry or a vertical you like the most, name the CEO “Bob,” and then run that through ChatGPT.

(If you’re doing that, shame, shame.)

No, what you need to determine is who your best buyer has been, and then for that person identify:

👉 What is the EXACT maturation point their business (or life) was at when they bought from me… or if this is hypothetical, where are they at right now that makes them want what I have to offer?

👉 What is the EXACT offer I made (or which I could make) which got them from that one stage of maturity in that area to the next?

👉 What is the EXACT pain points I could address, or stories I could tell, or promises I could make, which would make this kind of person’s eyes light up?

Answer these questions, and I promise you’ll be far, far closer to actually moving the needle in your marketing and sales than whatever you’re doing now, because you can apply this to your webinars… your ads… your case studies… your core offer… all of it. But you can’t hold a generic vision in your head and make this work.

And then, only once you sell well to this ONE type of business or person, you can expand your marekting to the others who are a little less and then a little bit more sophisticated.
